Orders may be placed online 24/7.
Our ordering process is slightly different from other online shops as all of our veils are made to order therefore we do not hold a stock.
Once your order has been placed online, you will receive a confirmation email showing the details of your order and delivery timescales. Please check this email to ensure the details are correct and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours to amend or cancel the order.
We offer two delivery options:
Standard UK delivery takes 6-8 weeks and costs £9.99.
Express UK delivery takes 1-2 weeks and costs £19.99
Items are sent via Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, custom products which are made to the customers specific requests are non-returnable or refundable. This applies to all veil orders.
If you do happen to change your mind once your order has been placed, you have the right to cancel this order within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Please contact us on email@example.com to request this.
If for whatever reason your veil arrives faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund (excl. delivery charge) or replacement. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging.
Please note the above also applies to all sale items which are marked as discontinued.
Reasons why a refund will not be honoured
The veil is not the right length – You are responsible for choosing the correct length of veil to suit your dress and style. We cannot be held responsible for you ordering the wrong length. Please use our handy veil size guide to ensure the correct length is ordered.
The veil colour does not match my dress – You are responsible for choosing the correct colour to suit your dress and style. We cannot be held responsible for you ordering the wrong colour. Colour samples are available from us before placing your veil order at a price of £5.00.
The veil doesn’t suit me / It’s not what I expected – You are responsible for choosing the correct veil to suit you and your dress. We cannot be held responsible for you ordering the wrong style. Why not book an appointment at one of our showrooms so that you can try on the veils and discuss your requirements with us.
This service is not currently available online.
Hire options are only available from one of our showrooms – Please use the online booking form to book your appointment.
Payment for hire must be made at the time of booking. Payment is inclusive of 5 days hire. Any extra days will be charged at £5.00 per day that must be agreed at time of booking.
You are required to pay an additional £40 deposit that will be paid at the time of collection and then returned to you upon receipt of the veil after full inspection by us. Should there be loss or damage to the veil, the full amount of deposit will be retained by us.
Cancellation of any agreed hire is required no less than 1 month before the collection date to receive a full refund. Notice of any less will result in the full hire amount being charged.
Once a veil has been collected for hire it is considered a hire, even if it is not worn and there will be no refund.
